Used Cargo-worthy Dry Van

Used cargo-worthy shipping containers are suitable for being shipped internationally by sea, rail and road. Shipping Containers suitable for overseas shipping need to be built to ISO shipping container standards, be correctly marked with a container number and have a manufacturers identification plate fitted. Cargo worthy containers also need be inspected, certified and plated for shipping to the “International Convention for Safe Containers” (a CSC Plate). We also stock “last trip” or “last way trip containers” also known as Shippers Own Containers (SOC) these are usually used for moving cargo to remote parts of the world where it is not cost effective to return the container for reuse. Last trip containers are particularly popular with aid agencies where the containers are often used to transport emergency supplies and then kept at the delivery point for use as storage or even office space.
