You must have an appropriate vehicle for the collection. For a shipping container, you will need a suitable lorry that can carry its size and weight, for example a 20ft x 8ft container weighs 2.1 tonnes. If you are collecting a flatpack unit, you will require a suitably-sized flatbed or trailer to allow for safe loading using our forklift.

Straight shackle shipping container lock designed for maximum security.
Made from hardened boron alloy steel, this lock is built to resist tampering, cutting attempts, and withstand extreme weather conditions. The strength and durability of this lock make it a popular and trusted option for shipping container lock boxes.
Designed for use with lockboxes fitted to the complete range of shipping containers – this includes 8ft, 10ft, 20ft and 40ft whether one-trip or used. It can also be a great option for other units in your business that need secure locking, including, roller shutters, warehouses, gates, and industrial units.
Please remember if you have an open-sided container or double-end door (tunnel) container you will need 2 padlocks per container. We believe that the padlock will also fit all standard lockboxes normally fitted to used and one trip shipping containers and we provide a 30 day no quibble money back service if in the unlikely event that the padlock does not fit a shipping container lockbox and you return the lock to us.
The padlock includes 2 keys and is also available as keyed alike. Keyed alike allows you to order multiple padlocks that can be opened by a single key and is a very useful time-saving feature when you have many containers or locks in use. It makes it very simple to find the right key the first time every time.
