We were delighted to participate in this year’s Fram Farmers Trials Day & Supplier Event held on June 27th at Mowness Hall. As a company that provides products to support the growth and diversification of agricultural and farming businesses, this event provided us with an excellent opportunity to showcase our offerings. Futhermore, it gave us the chance to connect with our customers and local businesses in an environment geared towards supporting farming.
The event was a huge success, attracting a large crowd and over 50 exhibitors. Attendees went on various trials showcasing the latest agricultural technology and machinery. The event was held in partnership with BASF and Walnes Seeds, and hosted by farmer James Forrest. The farming co-operative fully revived its annual crops trials days this year, after returning with a scaled back post pandemic get-together in 2022, featuring specially grown crops plots with 20 varieties of wheat on display, including LG’s newest group 4 soft wheat LG Redwald. The event also provided the opportunity to compare varieties with BASF’s Real Results trials.
Being part of such a key event was a real privilege and opportunity for us to promote and evolve our container storage solutions so that we can continue to support this incredible industry at a local and national level. We look forward to returning in 2024!
